Competition is vital for a thriving tennis club and there are opportunities for all levels of players.

We are strongly represented in the Staffordshire League fielding five men's teams and one ladies' team. This competition runs from April to September. Mens' teams are also fielded in the Birmingham Spring League from February to April. Commencing 2007, we are now fielding two mixed teams in the Walsall League.

A traditional knockout tournament is run on an annual basis with the finals taking place in September.

About ten "American" style tournaments are run on Saturday afternoons in the summer. The format presents a challenge for all levels of play.

A Walsall Open Mens' Doubles event is normally held in September.
